Today I am a new person. I relax and free my thoughts of every sense of pressure. No person, place ,or thing can irritate or annoy me. I am a free person living in a world that is a reflection of my own love and understanding. I am not against anything. Rather ,I am for everything that will improve the quality of my life .I use my words and my thoughts as tools to shape my future. I express gratitude and thanksgiving often, and I look for things to be thankful for. I relax and enjoy life. I know that whatever I need to know is revealed to mean the perfect time and space sequence.
Every time we say “I don’t know”, we are shutting down the doors to all the opportunities and source to wisdom. Within us are all the answers to all the questions we shall ever ask.
We do know past ,present, and future. Among us are gifted psychics, and if one person can do something, we can all do it. We all have the potential to know more, to see more, to understand more ,and to see the greater picture of life.
The way we begin our day sets the tone for the experiences that will follow and how we will react to them.
Close the day with uplifting thoughts. It is a good way to have pleasant dreams and to awaken cleared in the morning.
I am relaxed. I live a peaceful life.
